Barry X Ball is one hell of a sculptor who uses various types of marble and steel to create his works. Mr. Ball (if I may call him that) is currently based out of New York, USA, but originally hails from sunny Pasadena, California. His series, entitled “Masterpieces”, consist of recreated sculptural works after classic pieces of the Great Masters, such as Antonio Corradini, Josse de Corte, and the timeless Hermaphrodite Endormi (Ermafrodito Borghese) piece. It’s time to draw back to those good ol’ art history class lessons!
